Since 2000, he has advised companies and individuals in various branches of law.

In the Master’s Degree in Business Law at Universidad Austral (2001/2002) he was awarded with the Editorial La Ley prize for the best average of his promotion and with the recognition of his dissertation.

He taught Civil and Commercial Companies (Chair of Dr. Rafael Manóvil) at the University of Buenos Aires (2003/2005). He is professor of Companies’ Dynamics of the Master in Corporate Law and of the Postgraduate course in Corporate Law, both within the scope of the Faculty of Law of the Austral University (since 2007). He was coordinator of the “Postgraduate in Banking and Financial Law” of the Universidad Austral (2004/2006). He was also the general coordinator of the Special Programs of the Department of Corporate Law of the Faculty of Law of the University Austral (2006/2008).

He is the author of the book “El corrimiento del velo societario”, edited by Ad-Hoc and with prologue by Dr. Ariel Á. Dasso.

He is also an author of several papers among which are: “La inoponibilidad de la personalidad societaria según el Proyecto de Reforma a la Ley de Sociedades Comerciales”, in: El Derecho, September 16th, 2005; “¿Qué significa ‘actuación de la sociedad’ en el contexto del art. 54, último párrafo, de la Ley de Sociedades Comerciales?”, in: Estudios de Derecho Comercial Moderno. He is co-author, along with Sergio Cosentino, of the chapter on franchise agreement of the Trade Law Treaty, directed by Ernesto Martorell (La Ley, 2010).
